Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a superb location with a picturesque view over the bridge and town center. The twin room I stayed in was a bit tatty with marks on the carpet and overall run down, but the ensuite was traditional and the location very convenient. Some slight issues with the car park being tiny, but the room overlooked the River Dee, which was wonderful.
The hotel offers a picturesque view over the bridge and ample coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms, though the TV was quite small. The location is fantastic with good surroundings, especially for those looking for a night out around Llangollen. The dining experience is amidst glorious scenery but may lack variety.
The hotel's rooms were lovely with an amazing view of the river, and they were ideally situated for the activities we wanted to do. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the cooked breakfast was great value for money. The location overlooking the bridge and the river Dee was excellent with plenty to watch. The dining experience was tasty with a decent choice of hot and cold foods, and the glazed cakes were a delight.
